Counters

Teams of men and women, selected by the Pastor, are responsible for counting the donations from the weekend collections at Mass.

Finance Committee

The Pastor chooses members for this committee, which works in conjunction with the Pastor and the business manager to determine the financial needs of the parish. Canon law requires the parish to have a functioning finance committee.

Parish Council

The Council acts as a lay advisory group for the Pastor, and provides leadership for the parish community. Membership is comprised of representatives from various ministries within the parish, and ten at-large members who are selected for three-year terms. Any adult member of the parish is eligible for at-large membership by volunteering to serve. The Pastor selects new members on Pentecost Sunday from the pool of those who have applied.  Please contact Kellie Ulrich, Parish Council President, 834–3466.

Rectory Volunteers

Office volunteers donate their time periodically to help prepare mailings to the parish community. Volunteers are usually needed about four times each year, for a few hours on each occasion. Please contact Melissa Schaefer, 839–1430 (rectory).
